My talent is bringing out the best in people, organizations, and places in ways that match their individual needs.
I work to cultivate engaged and well-supported workforces that promote improved performance, retention, and inclusive cultures with purpose and passion. I have worked in collaboration with a diverse array of companies, from local non-profits to global supply chains. Currently, I am completing my Masters of Divinity (MDiv ) at Palmer Theological Seminary and working in my local church as an Administrator and serving as a Minister. I desire to bring a spirit of humble service with an outlook to the whole person into organizations.
Additionally, I am a self-taught photographer. With the same methods I bring into an office, I aim to seek out and capture the beauty of the everyday spaces and faces I encounter.
I dedicate significant time to volunteering in a variety of capacities including at church and in my local community.
I am an also an active member of Swarthmore's Black Alumni Network and am a Co-Chair for the 10 year Reunion this year. Previously serving on the planning team and as a member of the Executive Committee, I lead efforts to fund summer internships for students. In both of these roles, I mentor young adults transitioning into their careers.
As an alumni of the Princeton in Africa fellowship program, I create and facilitate development sessions for current fellows to reflect on and grow through their experiences abroad. I spearheaded the development of a formal mentorship program to match 50 fellows with alumni to provide personalized support.
I recently finished my three year service on the Community Advisory Board for WHYY public radio in Philadelphia.
Originally from Seattle, I love getting outdoors and spending time on the water be it swimming or sailing. I enjoy cooking for others, reading historical fiction, going to concerts, and watching crime TV (think Criminal Minds, not First 48).

I'm a great project manager. From developing strategy to creating actionable timelines to successful implementation, I'll be your go-to.
Do you find yourself reinventing the wheel every time the same task appears on your to do list? If so, I'd have a template ready for its next appearance. Does only one person in your organization know how to do complete a task and when they're out the work stops? I take your organization's voice to develop processes that move repetitive day-to-day tasks to those that are easy and sustainable.
Any organization centers around people. To grow your brand, you must keep your customers, employees, and external stakeholders happy and feeling empowered. You must be the answer to their question. That's where I come in. I take the time to listen and learn from your key stakeholders to determine where you can expand your value. I then craft a plan to meet those needs.
