My talent is to see through the chaos of the day-to-day to cultivate engaged and well-supported communities. I call forth the best in people, organizations, and places while promoting improved performance, retention, and inclusive cultures. It is my aim to integrate ministry with business efficiency without losing sight of people or the heart of the work.
I have worked in collaboration with a diverse array of companies, from local non-profits to global supply chains. In August 2024, I completed my Masters of Divinity (MDiv ) at Palmer Theological Seminary. In my local church, I serve as a Minister and Operations Administrator. I bring a spirit of humble service with an outlook to the whole person into all I do.
Additionally, I am a self-taught photographer. With the same methods I bring to work and service, I aim to seek out and capture the beauty of the everyday spaces and faces I encounter.
Originally from Seattle, I love getting outdoors and spending time on the water. I enjoy cooking for others, reading historical fiction, going to concerts, and watching crime TV (think Criminal Minds, not First 48).
"As a minister, her transparency, and ability to make everyone she encounters feel genuinely valued, is one of her most endearing attributes. Shameika is an example of an individual whose lifestyle reflects her faith."
- Congregant
"Shameika stepped in, and changes were immediately apparent. She improved communication between the pastor's office and the ministries. On her own initiative, she improved the recordkeeping and filing system. Shameika also improved the church's accounting system by enhancing the audit trail for accounts receivables/payables."
- Trustee & Steward
"Shameika fosters collaboration, values input from all stakeholders, and creates an environment where others feel supported and empowered. Her presence has always been a positive influence, and her contributions have had a lasting impact."

Any organization centers around people. To grow, you must invest in people and strong relationships. That's where I come in. I take the time to listen and learn from your everyone I encounter to determine how best their gifts can be utilized for growth of the whole. I then craft a plan to ensuredevelopment occures for all involved.
Do you find yourself reinventing the wheel every time the same task appears on your to do list? If so, I'd have a template ready for its next appearance. Does only one person in your organization know how to do complete a task and when they're out the work stops? I develop processes that move repetitive day-to-day tasks to those that are simple and sustainable.
I'm a great project manager. From developing strategy to creating actionable timelines to successful implementation, I'll be your go-to.
